Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Economics from Empire State College. He furthered his education with a Master’s degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Jeremy's career began in the global fashion industry, where he spent over a decade collaborating with prestigious international brands. His role involved overseeing advertising campaigns across print, television, editorials, and live events, building an extensive network across the Americas, Australia, and Western Europe. This experience equipped him with a profound understanding of diverse cultures and adept team-building skills.  Following his graduate studies, Jeremy transitioned into consulting, focusing on change and production management for small to midsize businesses across various sectors including apparel, consumer products, entertainment, manufacturing, and professional services. As a consultant, he advised business leaders on new business development, rebranding, strategic planning, and talent acquisition. He also took on executive production roles for entertainment projects and managed publishing initiatives. At Pointe South Partners, Jeremy applies his comprehensive background in business development, project management, and strategic planning to guide businesses through transformative phases. He emphasizes high-touch solutions and long-term strategies to foster resilient brands and help individuals and companies achieve their aspirations.

Jonathan Bogush

Co-founder and Managing Director Jonathan Bogush is the co-founder and Managing Director of Pointe South Partners. With a strong background in business development and talent acquisition, Jonathan has successfully built a career by partnering with Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies and private equity groups to address their hiring needs. Jonathan's journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing, followed by a Master's in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University. His education provided a solid foundation for his professional career, which spans various roles in executive recruitment and talent acquisition. Before founding Pointe South Partners, Jonathan held significant positions in the recruitment industry, including Director of Connectivity Practice at TYGES International, where he managed and grew a high-performance executive search desk. He also served as Managing Partner at Oldfield Staffing, leading the global OEM practice and supporting hiring initiatives across multiple segments, such as industrial automation, energy management, and optical communications. Jonathan’s expertise in full-cycle recruiting, combined with his strategic approach to business development, enables him to effectively identify and place high-caliber candidates in engineering, operations, sales, and marketing roles. His collaborative efforts with his father, John Bogush, to establish Pointe South Partners have resulted in a firm renowned for its personalized and high-touch recruitment services. John Bogush

Co-founder and Managing Director John Bogush is the co-founder and Managing Director of Pointe South Partners, an executive search firm specializing in recruiting seasoned professionals in manufacturing and industrial technology. Leveraging over three decades of experience, John excels in business development and originating search projects for private equity groups and their portfolio companies. His expertise in operations management, M&A integration, and strategic consulting enables him to identify and recruit top talent who drive advancements in their respective fields. Before founding Pointe South Partners, John was a senior operations management and M&A integration consultant. He worked extensively with management teams of private equity-owned portfolio companies, designing and implementing solutions to enhance corporate goals and EBITDA performance. These experiences have equipped him with the skills to identify and recruit top talent who thrive in dynamic and demanding environments. John’s previous roles include Executive Director at West Monroe Partners, Executive Vice President at Alexander Proudfoot Company, and Senior Partner at The Highland Group Consultants. At KPMG, he co-founded the Business Integration & Divestiture practice. His early career at Meritus Consulting Services, a JV between IBM and Coopers & Lybrand, focused on Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence. John's deep understanding of the private equity landscape and his extensive network make him a valuable asset in recruiting high-caliber professionals. His leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in building Pointe South Partners into a respected name in executive search and talent acquisition.

In 2024, Jonathan Bogush, a Carnegie Mellon University graduate, implemented a strategic expansion plan, bringing on board his graduate school colleague, Jeremy Tick, to spearhead business development in the American Midwest’s growing manufacturing and technology industries. With Jeremy’s extensive experience in general management, organizational development, and project management, Jonathan’s vision of a team capable of servicing global markets in manufacturing and emerging technologies has been realized. Future expansions within the Americas and abroad are underway.
